1. RECIPES AND PURPOSE

1.1. This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Agreement (“Sözification”), Onomy Management Consulting Limited ("Onomy", operated by "Company", "we" or "our"). onyhub.com The website and OnyHub digital platform (“Platform”) organizes the basis of the processing of its users (“User”, “unique” or “your”) personal data.

1.2. Onomy Management Consulting Limited Company is the owner and coordinator of OnyHub platform.

1.3. The purpose of this Agreement is to explain what the platform users are collected in the scope of their personal data, for which purposes it is processed, who and in which circumstances may be shared, how they are protected and the rights that users have.

1.4. If you use the platform, create membership, book, request service, or perform any transactions via the Platform, your personal data may be processed in accordance with the principles specified in this Agreement.

2. 2. DATA RESPONSIBLE

2.2. Onomy conducts commercial, administrative and technological business processes of OnyHub platform and works to take necessary technical and administrative measures for processing personal data in accordance with the KVKK and the relevant legislation.

3. Home

3.1. This Agreement covers the processing of personal data belonging to real persons who visit, member, book, request transfer service, register on the Platform as an agent or benefit from other services of the Platform.

3.2. The third-party websites, applications or service providers connected via the platform are outside the scope of this Agreement. These services apply their privacy and personal data policies.

4. PERSONAL DATA

4.1. Depending on the use of the platform and the nature of the services offered, the following categories of personal data may be processed:

a) Identity Information

Ad, soybean, identification information that may be necessary for the purpose of fulfillment or authentication of birth date and legal obligations when necessary.

b) Contact Information

Other information provided by email address, phone number, address and user.

c) Account Information

User name, password information, account preferences and other information created under membership.

Passwords are stored with appropriate technical methods for security purposes, or using secure authentication mechanisms.

d) Reservation and Transaction Information

Information required to provide services such as transfer fee, shopping and destination points, transfer date and time, vehicle preference, passenger information, flight number, special requests, booking history, cancellation and return information.

e) Technical Data

IP address, device information, browser type, operating system, processing and navigation information on the Platform, access times, cookie information and so on technical data.

f) Location Information

Buying, arrival or related location information set on the Platform for the realization of the user’s transfer service.

g) Payment and Financial Transaction Information

Transaction information regarding payment transactions, payment status, transaction date, amount, refund and so on.

All credit or debit card information cannot be stored by OnyHub. Payment transactions can be realized through the secure payment infrastructure of the respective payment service provider.

5. METHODS OF PERSONAL DATA

5.1. Your personal data can be collected through the following methods:

a) During membership or registration operations to the platform,

b) During the creation of booking and transfer request,

c) through contact forms or support channels,

d) through email, phone or other communication channels,

e) Through automated technical data during the use of the platform,

f) through Cookies and similar technologies,

g) through transaction or verification information received from business partners required to realize payment service providers and service.

6. PROCESSING PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA

6.1. Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

a) Integration of OnyHub Platform and providing basic functions,

b) Creating and managing the user account,

c) Transfer request and realization of booking transactions,

d) Providing the requested transfer service,

e) Information of the relevant agent or service provider under the booking,

f) Payment, collection, cancellation and refund processes,

g) Managing user demands and customer service processes,

h) Providing platform safety,

i) Prevention of activities against fraud, abuse, unauthorized access and similar law,

j) Provision of legal and regulatory obligations,

k) Measuring and developing performance of the platform,

l) Development of user experience,

m) Performing statistical and analytical studies,

n) Conducting marketing, promotion and information activities in cases where the user’s explicit consent is required.

7. SHARE PERSONAL DATA

7.1. Your personal data may only be shared with the following parties in accordance with the extent and relevant legislation required by the service:

a) Agent and Transfer Service Providers

The data such as name, communication, transfer, location and flight information required to be realized and provided by the transfer service may be transferred to the relevant agency or service provider.

b) Payment Service Providers

The necessary information for the execution of payment transactions, verification, cancellation and refund processes may be shared with payment service providers.

c) Technology and Service Providers

Data may be shared as required by suppliers that provide hosting, server, software, data storage, email shipping, security, analysis and so on to operate the platform.

d) Official Public Institutions

Your personal data may be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations in order to fulfill the legal obligations, to meet the demands of the official authorities in accordance with the law or to conduct legal processes.

8.1. Some service providers used in the technological infrastructure of the platform can be found outside Turkey.

8.2. Transfer operations if your personal data is transferred abroad, Article 9 of KVKK and the conditions prescribed in the applicable legislation appropriately performed.

8.3. When data transfer is required outside the country, the legal basis of transfer, data security and necessary protection mechanisms are taken into account.

9.1. Onomy tries to take appropriate technical and administrative measures to prevent the processing, access, loss, alteration or disclosure of personal data against the law.

9.2. In this context, according to the structure of the platform and the nature of the processed data;

11. 11. PROCESS OF PERSONAL DATA

11.1. Your personal data is stored until the time required by the purpose of storing or processing prescribed in the relevant legislation.

11.2. Data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with the relevant legislation if the expiration or the legal reason for processing personal data is eliminated.

12. RIGHTS OF DATA OWNER

12.1. As data holder under Article 11 of KVKK;

a) Learning if your personal data is processed,

13.2. Your applications are evaluated in accordance with the requirements and principles specified in the relevant secondary legislation and resulted in legal periods.

14.1. OnyHub Platform is not intended for the purchase of services regardless of the age of 18.

14.2. People under 18 years old need to share their personal data through the Platform without the knowledge of their parents or legal representatives and approval in necessary situations.

15. THIRD SERVICES

15.1. OnyHub can be used in technology of third-party service providers for payment, map, analysis, communication, hosting, email or similar services.

15.2. These service providers may apply their privacy and personal data policies of third parties regarding their data processing activities.

16. CHANGE IN AGREEMENT

16.1. Onomy reserves the right to update this Agreement in accordance with the changes in the functioning or services of the applicable legislation.

16.2. The updated text is valid from the date published on the Platform.

16.3. Users are advised to periodically review the current text.

17.1. This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Agreement enters into force as of date published on onyhub.com.

17.2. Users who continue to use the platform are deemed to have reviewed this text in the provisions applicable to them within the scope of applicable legislation and agree that personal data may be processed in accordance with the principles described here.
