MUSEUM GAZHANE

The Museum Gazhane, located in Istanbul Kadıköy, was renovated in 19th century in accordance with Hasanpaşa Gazhane and transformed into culture-sanat, science and educational venue. Tags. History

Hasanpaşa Gazhane was built in 1891 by the French industrialist Charles George in order to meet the needs of lighting and warming of the Anatolian Side and started to operate in 1892 under the name "Uscudar-Krajköy Gas Company-i Tenviriye" Tags.
